- Grapes: Selection of 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested entirely by hand, coming from the "noble" Burgundy vine.
- Winification: traditional in red
- Color: ruby red
- Aroma: fresh, velvety and harmonious.
- Taste: delicate and important, with hints of raspberry, cherries, berries, elegant and refined.
- Pairings: aperitif, dishes based on baked fish, based on white truffle, first courses with red meat, poultry, lamb, cotechino, game, hard cheeses.
